Product returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date the order was received.
Products to be returned must be unused, unwashed and with their original tags.
For hygienic reasons, returns are not accepted for underwear and special production products.
The product must be sent with its original packaging.

You can initiate your return request via EmsaWear Customer Services or by filling out the return form on our website.
Once your return request is approved, a special shipping code will be shared with you. With this code, you can send the product back free of charge with the contracted shipping company specified .
When the product reaches us, it goes through a quality control process and your return is evaluated.
If the returned product is found suitable, your refund will be completed within 7-10 business days depending on your payment method.
4. CHANGE PROCESS
If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or model, you can request an exchange within 14 days .
Exchanges are made depending on the product stock status.
Shipping costs for exchange transactions are covered by our company.
5. PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
