You can return any product that you have purchased from emsawear.com.tr, that does not fit and/or that you have not used, is undamaged, and has its original box and labels, within 14 days from the date of your invoice (if it is a gift, from the date written on your gift exchange card) by presenting your invoice with the return form filled on the back.

After checking the compliance of the product with the return conditions and after the transaction is approved, the refund process is carried out by desa.com.tr within 10-14 business days. The refund is made according to your payment method. Refunds of payments made in installments are refunded by the bank in the same number of installments. In money transfer payments, you must inform us of your bank account information, the refund of the money transfer amount is made only to an account number belonging to the person who placed the order.

If the conditions of the campaign used are violated in case of partial return of the products purchased by the customer in an order, the amount to be refunded to the customer is calculated as the difference between the total order amount of that order and the new amount formed when the product(s) not returned are purchased together. In cases where all of the products are returned, the total amount of that order is refunded to the customer.
